Orders are submitted via the Website in the following way:
Each desired item is added to the basket; ‘My Basket’, with its corresponding unique selection criteria (available at time of adding to basket); such as “Sterling Silver Earrings with 4 Carat Flawless Created Diamond” wording. The complete ‘My Basket’ can then be progressed through to the payment screen for registered customers, order without registering, or for new users they can create a new account. Progress is made by clicking the Next button.
Accounts require the entering of personal information. All information is treated under the conditions stated in the Privacy Policy they can be found under http://kingolajewellery.co.uk/Privacy-Policy. After signing into your account you can check the details of your order in the Order Summary. This summary screen should be used as a confirmatory check that the items in the basket are correct. The Order Summary screen is also where you can select the delivery requirements to suit your order. Progress to the Payments screen can be made by clicking the Next button when ready. Once on the Payments screen you can select the payment route that suits your requirements. You are advised to use PayPal as a secure internet based payment method. If you do not have a PayPal account you are still able to make a credit or debit card payment through PayPal. Once you have progressed through the payment administration screens you will receive an Order Confirmation from us, and; although not controlled by us if you are a PayPal user, from PayPal. Once the Order Confirmation has been received this forms the basis of a contract between us and you. We agree to follow the Delivery agreements section.

These terms of sale are subject to changing and/or updating, we advise you take a copy of these terms as they pertain to your individual order. The Contract and all communications between us will be conducted in the English language. i. Payment terms
The prices indicated on our Website at checkout include all taxes, including VAT, which may be payable in respect of the Product(s) and delivery charges. All payments must be made before dispatch of the Product(s) to you. Payment for all Product(s) must be by PayPal®, we ask that credit or debit cards are made through PayPal®, for this circumstance a PayPal® account is not required. If we are unable to accept your Order for any reason then we will, at our option, either not debit your credit card or refund any money paid by you in respect of that Order. We will not dispatch the Product(s) until we receive payment in full. Once payment has been you will receive a notification of the payment and acceptance of you order by us, and additionally, but not under our control, PayPal®.
Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect active Orders at the time of the price change; which we have already confirmed as described above.
ii. Your right to cancel
Under the distance selling regulations, you are entitled to cancel your contract if you so wish, provided that you exercise your right no longer than 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods or services. Your right to return products does not apply to goods made to your specification, that have been clearly personalised or engraved, or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned, including body piercing jewellery, earrings for hygiene reasons. (Please see paragraph 13c of the Consumer Protection (Distance selling) Regulations 2000).
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your contract by a clear statement, including details of your name, geographical address, details of the order you wish to cancel and, where available, your phone number and email address. If you decide to cancel, you should return the goods to us at your cost within 7 days of such cancellation. Any item returned, must be in an unused conditioning their original packaging delivered complete to us including all paperwork. Proof of postage will not cover your items for a refund in the event of the item(s) being lost in post. We advise that the minimum postage service used in the return of products is ‘Signed for’ though this does not provide insurance cover. ‘Special Delivery’ with Royal Mail currently covers up to £2500 with additional purchase cover.
Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited to us from your debit or credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible (this excludes the cost of delivery) and in any event within 30 days of your order PROVIDED THAT the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we will be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.
How to change an order
If you need to change details of your delivery address, remove items from your order or cancel it completely, please contact our Customer Services team for advice by email [email protected]. Please be ready to quote your order number and order date. If your order has already been despatched or delivered, then you'll need to follow our returns process in the event of any unwanted products.
Cancellation by us

1. We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered.

Kingola Jewellery has as its priority your total satisfaction with our products and services. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, please notify us by emailing. We are happy to exchange or modify item(s) or components of items to improve fitment issues providing the items are within the 30 working day period after purchase and have not been used other than for the purpose of checking fitment.
