Right of Withdrawal
1. Under the distance selling regulations, you are entitled to cancel your contract if you so wish, provided that you exercise your right no longer than 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods or services.
2. Your right to return products does not apply to goods made to your specification, that have been clearly personalised or engraved, or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned, including body piercing jewellery, earrings for hygiene reasons. (Please see paragraph 13c of the Consumer Protection (Distance selling) Regulations 2000).
3. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your contract by a clear statement, including details of your name, geographical address, details of the order you wish to cancel and, where available, your phone number and email address.

5. If you decide to cancel, you should return the goods to us at your cost within 7 days of such cancellation. Any item returned, must be in an unused conditioning their original packaging delivered complete to us including all paperwork. Proof of postage will not cover your items for a refund in the event of the item(s) being lost in post. We advise that the minimum postage service used in the return of products is ‘Signed for’ though this does not provide insurance cover. ‘Special Delivery’ with Royal Mail currently covers up to £2500 with additional purchase cover.
6. Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited to us from your debit or credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible (this excludes the cost of delivery) and in any event within 30 days of your order PROVIDED THAT the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we will be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.
How to change an order
If you need to change details of your delivery address, remove items from your order or cancel it completely, please contact our Customer Services team for advice by email [email protected]. Please be ready to quote your order number and order date. If your order has already been despatched or delivered, then you'll need to follow our returns process in the event of any unwanted products.
Cancellation by us
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if;
1. We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered.
2. We do not deliver to your area.
3. One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.
If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by email and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit or debit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order.
